Make a Mark We Blaze Our Own Trail Brand First We Mean Business Summary As Logistics Support Lead you act as a leader within the Logistic Support team as well as an active driver. You will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and play a key role in representing the Wyld brand. This position is a front-facing role that provides direct support to Wyld’s clients and customers. They ensure strong ties with our customers by timely delivering Wyld products, providing excellent customer service, maintaining relationships while at accounts, providing clear communication of account-related items to the sales team when in the field, and being a subject matter expert on company background and providing training on product knowledge. Additionally, the Logistics Support Lead position, in conjunction with the Logistics Managers, act as additional support to Logistics Support staff.
