Regional Sales Manager- Blueprint RF (Cox Business)

Job Title Regional Sales Manager – BP – CCI, Cox Communications, Inc. Compensation Base salary range: $71,300.00 – $106,900.00. Annual incentive/commission target: $65,000.00. Compensation includes base salary plus monthly commission. Responsibilities Lead all activities from prospecting to closing sales with signed legal agreements. Identify and develop new leads and accounts within the hospitality vertical. Farm existing hospitality management company accounts for opportunities. Sell technical network solutions, including LAN/Wi‑Fi, data products, in‑room entertainment, and IoT. Prepare proposals, conduct cost‑benefit analysis, and negotiate contracts. Collaborate with the Cox Hospitality Network team to align Cox Business products with customer needs. Maintain sales processes and systems, including quoting tools and Salesforce CRM. Travel to client locations and tradeshows nationwide, including national travel as needed. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 4+ years of related experience in client relations, sales, or account management (or 2+ years with a master’s degree, 1+ year with a Ph.D., or up to 16 years with minimal experience). Experience selling in the telecommunications or hospitality industry. Track record of meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Network sales/services background (802.1x LAN/Wi‑Fi) preferred. Experience with data products, Wi‑Fi networks, in‑room entertainment, and IoT solutions. Consultative selling, technical aptitude, negotiation, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. Excellent presentation and demonstration skills. Proficiency with Windows applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Clean driving record; ability to travel nationwide independently.
