Responsibilities For Senior Litigation Paralegal Lead and assist with the preparation and electronic filing of complex Federal and State Court pleadings and other court documents. Support all phases of discovery, including document review, production, depositions, privilege logs, and redaction logs. Assist with preparation for interviews, depositions, hearings, trials, and client meetings. Review and proofread motions, briefs, and other court filings, including cite-checking, record checking, exhibit preparation, and document formatting. Conduct complex searches and manage documents using Relativity and other discovery applications. Conduct legal and non-legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR, and other research platforms. Manage multiple deadlines and complex projects while coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, and business services professionals across offices. Qualifications For Senior Litigation Paralegal Bachelor’s degree required. 6+ years of paralegal experience or experience in a position requiring similar skills and expertise. Strong knowledge of Federal and State Court rules and procedures, including civil and criminal matters. Demonstrated experience supporting government investigations, including SEC and DOJ investigations. Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic databases. Working knowledge of Relativity and other discovery applications such as Everchron. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
