ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our insurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the growth of our insurance products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Sales and Growth:
  - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products to existing clients.
  - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding the client base.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
