About the Treasury Operations Analyst Role

The Treasury Operations Analyst plays a critical role within a large treasury and payment operations team responsible for supporting cash management and transaction processing activities throughout the Americas region. This position works closely with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and operations teams to ensure the accurate and timely execution of domestic and international payments. The role supports complex funding transactions, deal closings, and treasury-related activities while helping maintain strong operational controls and compliance standards. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Role Responsibilities

• Process and release domestic and international wire transfers, ACH transactions, EFT payments, and other cash management activities.

• Review bank balances and monitor payment activity to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.

• Support deal closings and funding transactions through review of invoices, payment requests, and banking instructions.

• Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, failed transactions, and banking-related inquiries.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external banking partners to facilitate successful payment execution.

• Assist with supplier onboarding, payment approvals, and account maintenance activities.

• Maintain operational procedures, compliance documentation, and internal controls.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in treasury operations, payment operations, banking, accounting, or transaction-focused environments.

• Strong understanding of domestic and international payment processing, including wires, ACH transactions, EFTs, and cash management activities.

• Experience reviewing banking instructions, payment requests, and transaction documentation.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience working with PeopleSoft, Appian, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

• Familiarity with FX transactions, banking portals, and treasury operations is a plus.
