Job Description

Do you have experience working as a Barista? All Team is looking for the right candidate to hire immediately! APPLY TODAY and start working ASAP! WE OFFER OUR BARISTAS:

Weekly paychecks

Stable hours (choose full-time or part-time)
FT associates will be considered for permanent employment

RESPONSIBILITIES OF BARISTAS:

Welcome guests and share specials or new items
Answer menu questions and offer recommendations
Accept orders and collect payments
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, teas, and drinks
Make and serve sandwiches, muffins, or cookies
Ensure that customers are satisfied with their orders

QUALIFICATIONS FOR BARISTAS:

A minimum of 6-12 months of barista experience
Experience in customer service, retail, and/or cashiering
Exceptional listening and communication skills
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
Availability to work peak café hours (early mornings, etc.)
Must have Food Handlers Certification

REQUIREMENTS FOR BARISTAS:

Clean, friendly, and professional appearance
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team player who works well with others
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsible & dependable, with reliable transportation
All candidates must be 18 years of age or older to apply
All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
All candidates must pass a pre-hire drug screen
