Production Operator | Manufacturing

Pay: $20.00 - $22.65/hr

Location: Sanborn, NY

Shift: Rotating 1st & 3rd Shift

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products
• Operate production equipment such as saws, presses, crushers, and cleaning machines
• Cut, clean, package, and prepare products for shipment
• Use forklifts, hoists, and other material-handling equipment (training provided)
• Inspect products and take measurements using basic tools
• Label, track, and organize materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support production teams and learn multiple departments through cross-training
• Help meet daily production and quality goals

• Review production priorities with the team
• Support different departments as needed
• Operate equipment and complete production tasks
• Move materials throughout the facility
• Learn from experienced operators
• Track materials and complete basic documentation
• Rotate duties based on production needs

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable in a physical, hands-on work environment
• Strong attendance and reliability

Preferred:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Forklift experience
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on work experience

• Active manufacturing environment (not a desk job)
• Temperature varies by department
• PPE, uniforms, and safety equipment provided
• On-site locker rooms and showers

This is a Permanent position based out of Sanborn, NY.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.65/hr.
