Sales Representative
Sales Representative Work hours: 9am-5pm Eastern Timezone, Monday-Friday Salary budget: 3,000usd/month Location: Remote LatAm/South Africa Type of Contract: Independent Contractor The Company operates in the custom products market, handling both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business sales through its brands KeySmart, Static, and Floaty Things. They emphasize quality sales service and innovation within the inflatable products sector. This role is vital for enhancing the sales conversion rates and expanding the customer base for the company's custom products.
Key Responsibilities - Engage with inbound leads and convert them into sales. - Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business. - Achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion rates from leads to customers. - Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential clients. - Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall performance and training. - Contribute to the sales strategy on both direct-to-consumer and B2B fronts.
Must-Have Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, particularly with inbound and outbound mechanisms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiating skills with the ability to close deals effectively. - Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
KPIs / Success Metrics - Minimum conversion rate of 20% on leads. - Monthly targets of 135-150 deals. Process & Timeline 1. Screening call 2. Technical interview 3. Final interview with sales leadership.
