Social Media Manager

About the Role: We're seeking a strategic, organized, and creative Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day success of multiple client accounts. You'll serve as the primary social media lead for your portfolio of clients, developing strategies, managing content calendars, collaborating with our account management and creative teams, publishing content, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves helping businesses grow through social media. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the account manager on client strategies Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client business goals Lead planning sessions and content discussions Identify opportunities to increase engagement, reach, and followers Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices Content Management Plan and maintain content calendars Create content using iPhone, Canva, Captions, Edits, and other apps Collaborate with creative team on video, photography, and artwork Review creative assets for brand consistency and quality Schedule and publish content across all major platforms Community Management Monitor comments and messages Engage with followers in the client's brand voice Identify opportunities to increase engagement through proactive interaction Analytics & Optimization Track KPIs and campaign performance Prepare reports with actionable insights Continuously optimize content based on performance data Recommend new initiatives and testing opportunities Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of professional social media management experience Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously Strong copywriting and editing skills Excellent communication and client relationship skills Experience with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Experience with iPhone content creation using Captions, Edits, and other video editing tools Experience designing with Canva Highly organized with exceptional time management skills Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Generous paid time off, including your birthday! 401K match Health, dental, and vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr LEVERAGE
