Clinical Apprentice - BCBA Fieldwork Program

As part of the Elevate team, you’ll work as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and progress through a structured, three-stage pathway, Emerge , Empower , Ascend , with built-in milestones, wage increases, and personalized support. Compensation : $20- $23 base pay with $2 per hour increases at each stage, plus full benefits.
