Our client, a major Travel Agency, is looking for an Account Executive -Japanese Bilingual in New York, NY.

Job Title: Account Executive

Department: Sales and Operation

Status: Full Time / Non-Exempt

Position Summary

Responsible for managing client accounts and coordinating tour operations while ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain close communication and strong relationships with existing clients.

• Prepare tour itineraries and tour cost estimates, respond promptly to emails and inquiries, and report any operational issues to the General Manager.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building professional relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of tour operations.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Provide on-site tour support and exceptional customer service when required.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Accountability

• Maintain assigned accounts and make every effort to keep accounts receivable current.

• Ensure the accurate and efficient day-to-day operation of assigned tours.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Japanese.

• General office and administrative skills, including accurate typing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business software applications.

• General knowledge of the travel industry.

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
