Remote Account Executive

To support operational excellence in payment transaction processes, the full-time Remote Account Executive will manage partner relationships, provide day-to-day support, and ensure compliance while resolving complex issues in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Act as the primary operational point of contact for partners, providing ongoing support for card transaction processing and related issues Lead and coordinate the onboarding and decommissioning of participants in the network, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements Execute strategic initiatives and report on system issues impacting partners, recommending improvements as necessary Required qualifications Bilingual in Spanish is a must At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with strong domain knowledge in payment transaction flows Proven ability to manage partner relationships and resolve complex operational challenges Experience coordinating compliance and certification processes Familiarity with infrastructure initiatives and system migrations in a payment processing context Virtual Vocations Inc
