Role Description and Responsibilities As the Founding Partner Veterinarian, you'll divide your time between clinical practice and hospital leadership, providing comprehensive general practice care including preventative medicine, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care during business hours. You'll recruit, mentor, and develop your veterinary and support teams while establishing clinical protocols and maintaining exceptional standards of patient care. Working closely with the Hospital Manager, you'll also help drive the strategic and financial growth of the practice, making key decisions that influence the long‑term success of the hospital while building a positive, collaborative culture from day one. Practice Details This purpose‑built hospital has been designed to provide high‑quality companion animal medicine within a modern general practice setting. Doctors will enjoy significant clinical autonomy while benefiting from the support of a nationwide network of more than 850 hospitals and over 20,000 veterinary professionals. The practice will offer comprehensive preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care appointments, with flexibility to expand services in the future as the hospital grows.
