Shipping Coordinator

Local Denver Applicants Only hear.com is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Denver team. In this role, you will help ensure our products reach customers accurately and on time, while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. If you enjoy working in a collaborative, start-up environment where your contributions make a direct impact, we would love to hear from you What you will do Place product orders with various manufacturers across our product and accessory portfolio Organize and manage inventory stock Pack and ship product orders to customers in a timely manner (this role is labor-intensive) Manage the tracking of product orders to ensure they arrive on time at the correct location Serve as the product expert on the team and answer product-related questions as needed Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth experience for our customers Coordinate shipping and tracking for all customer packages Oversee the administration of program files and relevant documents, including physical and electronic filing What you will need Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently Organized and detail-oriented Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Familiarity with Microsoft Office products Team player with a collaborative mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Background in logistics is a plus What we offer Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break Location: 2000 S Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80222 Compensation: $23/hour Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, paid parental leave, open PTO policy, paid sick time, and paid company holidays Culture: A close-knit team that values ownership, collaboration, and solution-oriented thinking Office perks: Weekly catered meals, fully stocked kitchen, birthday celebrations, free garage parking, onsite gym, and recreational amenities including ping-pong, darts, shuffleboard, and video games Company-sponsored clubs, events, and team gatherings throughout the year #J-18808-Ljbffr
