Automotive Service Technician

Service TechnicianParks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Space Coast located in Titusville, FL, a division of Parks Motor Group, is looking for Service Technicians with all skill levels to join our expanding Service Department. Our shop is a high-volume, fast paced work environment. We are looking for knowledgeable, motivated and customer-friendly team players that know how to deliver an excellent service experience.What We Offer:Opportunity for internal promotion and career growth with companyCompetitive pay plan (hourly pay based on Flat Rate hour)401(k) retirement plan optionsVacation and HolidaysBenefits including health, dental, and vision and other voluntary supplemental insurancesResponsibilities:Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standardsTests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentDiagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioningCommunicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecutes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekends as required (rotation)Requirements:High School diplomaMust have a valid driver’s licenseVerifiable service department experience, preferably with ChryslerKnowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenanceExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsTeam playerMath, reading, and computer skillsAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentParks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Space Coast is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
