Vice President Operations

Mission:Leadership is honored to partner with Global Outreach International (GOI) in the executive search for a strategic, spiritually grounded, and growth-minded Vice President of Operations . For more than 50 years, Global Outreach International has existed to show and share God’s love among the nations. Today, GOI supports more than 370 missionaries serving in over 75 countries through church planting, discipleship, medical ministry, education, leadership development, and other creative approaches to advancing the Gospel. GOI is entering an exciting season of growth with a bold vision to expand from 370 to 1,000 missionaries by 2036. The Vice President of Operations will play a critical role in making that vision possible by leading the teams and building the systems needed to recruit, train, launch, and care for missionaries well. This leader will oversee mobilization, missionary care, missionary kid care, and operational compliance while helping GOI scale its capacity without losing the relational and spiritual culture that makes the ministry distinctive.
