Maintenance Technician
Great Maintenance Technicians make our apartment communities a great place to live. We believe appearance and maintenance operations of our apartment communities are one of the most reasons why residents choose to call the apartment community there home. We are looking for service-minded professionals with a cheerful, customer service attitude willing to roll up their sleeves and go to work!
Maintenance Responsibilities:
· Completing general apartment maintenance, unit turns, work orders and general grounds keeping.
· Candidate must be experienced in general apartment maintenance, have basic working knowledge and experience in general plumbing, painting, electrical, and maintenance.
· Applicant must have own tools
· Appliance repairs and installations
* Note: All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States. Drug free work environment
