Do you have several years of experience as a refrigeration technician and want to take the next step in your career? Do you like technical challenges, freedom with responsibility, and varying workdays with clients? Then we are looking for you! About the Role

We are now looking for a new team member for our field technician team with expertise in comfort cooling, process cooling, and VRV systems. You will work from home – so your place of residence plays a minor role – and travel frequently within Sweden to support our customers on site. In the role, you will both work practically and share your knowledge, and you will become an important ambassador for Daikin in the field.

What You Will Do

• Operate and optimize cooling systems
• Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Train customers on site or in our training centers
• Provide technical support via remote monitoring, phone, or email
• Document efforts in our digital systems

You will typically be on the field four days a week, while one day is dedicated to planning and remote support. Our working hours are Monday to Thursday 8–4:30 PM and Friday 8–4:00 PM.

Who We Are Looking For

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a refrigeration technician in comfort and process cooling
• Refrigeration Certificate Class 1
• B-driving license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English (both spoken and written)
• Ability to adopt new technology and new systems
• Merit if you also have experience with CO₂ systems or R290 systems
• Knowledge in control and regulation technology

You are a confident and solution-oriented person who likes to work independently. You have good communicative skills and can explain technical problems in a simple and factual way – both for customers and colleagues.
