The role encompasses circulating independently, taking call, and maintaining a high standard of patient care in a fast-paced, outpatient-oriented environment. Years of Experience: 0 years minimum required. Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Responsibilities include circulating independently, taking call as required, scrubbing in surgeries, and working with outpatient cases primarily on 2 West and 5 North units. EMR system used is EPIC; orientation includes training on both units and EPIC system. Float: Float rotation may be required between 5 North and 2 West depending on experience. Additional Notes: Basic OR equipment provided; shifts include occasional weekends and holidays with a 20-30 hour standby call requirement every four weeks.
