What You'll Do

• Provide internal medicine and family medicine services, including chronic pain management and chart closure within 72 hours
• See a mix of pediatric and adult patients (FM-only candidates considered)
• Manage a minimum of 18 patients per day, Monday through Friday
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow all credentialing and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care delivery
• Complete immunization and credentialing requirements prior to start date

What You Need

• Active DEA license
• Valid immunizations including flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and Tdap
• 5+ years of clinical experience or recent residency completion
• Ability to see both pediatric and adult patients (or adult-only if preferred)

• BE (Board Eligible) or DO certification considered
• Experience with chronic pain management
