Position: Director of Nursing (DON)
Location: Orlando, Florida
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 (Based on experience)

Rehabilitation Center of Orlando is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and creating a supportive environment for our residents, families, and staff. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to provide visionary leadership, ensure clinical excellence, and foster a culture of compassion and quality.

• Provide strategic direction and oversight of daily Nursing Department operations.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Lead Quality Assurance initiatives to maintain the highest standards of resident care.

• Prepare for and participate in facility surveys and regulatory inspections.

• Conduct regular rounds to assess performance, resident well-being, and compliance.

• Mentor, coach, and empower nursing staff to achieve professional and organizational goals.

• Active Florida RN license (required).

• Minimum 3 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in Long-Term Care.

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop clinical teams.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
