Are you a strong clinical leader ready to take ownership of nursing operations? A respected skilled nursing facility in the Orlando area is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead, develop, and support its nursing department.

In this role, you’ll oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, maintain regulatory standards, and help drive exceptional care for residents.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000, depending on experience

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida RN license

• At least 3 years of skilled nursing or long-term care experience

• Previous nursing leadership experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of clinical operations and regulatory compliance

• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to build and motivate a team
