As the Director of Nursing, you'll have the pleasure of directing and developing our wonderful Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and Solaris HealthCare standards, guidelines, and regulations. In absence of the Administrator, you'll assume the responsibility. We need a driven individual that is capable of problem solving, delegating tasks, and communicating in a timely and effective manner.
