**Responsibilities**

* Administer medications to residents as directed by physicians and/or licensed nurses
* Monitor and record medication administration, including dosages and side effects
* Assist with vital sign checks, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address medication-related issues
* Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
* Participate in medication cart audits and quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and medication storage guidelines
