Lead interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts to develop high-performing teams.Culture & Engagement:Champion retention programs and employee wellness initiatives while fostering a positive company culture where people genuinely look forward to Mondays.Operations & Compliance:Maintain compliance with labor laws and global employment regulations, oversee benefits administration, and streamline HR systems. Build processeswhereneeded.Leadership Coaching:Provide managers with the tools, feedback, and coaching they need to lead high-performing, empathetic teams.Data-Driven Insights:Use HR analytics and engagement data to assess team health, retention, and operational efficiency.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR leadership.
