Outside Sales Representative

Present home improvement products professionally and with integrity Listen to customer needs and recommend tailored window replacement solutions Build relationships that generate sales and repeat business Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial meeting through post-sale follow-up Travel to customer homes, potentially driving 80+ miles one way Deliver presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation Maintain accurate CRM records Guide customers through financing and next steps Work evening and weekend appointments according to customer availability Typically work 5–6 days per week, including one or both weekend days Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one or both weekend days, based on customer demand and business needs 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales (preferred) Comfortable using iPad-based applications (preferred) Proven ability to exceed performance targets (preferred) Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future visa sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in customer-facing sales, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
