Warehouse Department Manager

Warehouse Department Manager Location: Dallas, TX. Salary: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year. Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Lead, coach, and support warehouse employees to achieve productivity and accuracy goals. Monitor inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy throughout the facility. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet customer and operational deadlines. Assist with warehouse operations and material handling activities as needed. Manage employee performance, scheduling, training, and development. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Support day‑to‑day warehouse operations while maintaining high service levels. Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience. Experience leading and developing warehouse teams in a fast‑paced environment. Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. Ability to work alongside team members and assist with daily warehouse tasks as needed. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage employee performance, productivity, and workflow. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs when required, stand and remain active throughout the workday.
