Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to provide crucial services from the comfort of your home. Your work schedule will run Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., enabling a consistent routine that supports work-life balance. You will interact regularly with clients via telehealth platforms, making technology an essential part of your role. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to align with their specific goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client healing.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care to clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research related to mood disorders to continually enhance treatment strategies.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal guidelines.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in family systems therapy modalities such as structural family, strategic, narrative, trans-generational, or communication therapy will be advantageous.
