Junior Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. The role will primarily focus on cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and identifying new business opportunities . Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s services.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
\n
• Identify potential customers and understand their basic business requirements.
\n
• Maintain and update lead and prospect information in the CRM.
\n
• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
\n
• Support the business development team in achieving lead generation and sales targets.
\n
• Conduct basic market research to identify new prospects and business opportunities.
\n
• Maintain professional communication with prospects and build positive relationships.
\n
• Learn about the company’s services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
\n
• Freshers with internship experience are welcome to apply.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
\n
• Confident and comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people.
\n
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
\n
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM tools is a plus.
