Business Systems Analyst

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Qualifications: Experience eliciting and analyzing stakeholder business needs using various analysis techniques and translating them into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development, including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, report requirements, and business rules.
Experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts for requirements communication, including end-user documentation, business cases, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, report mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
Experience facilitating requirements workshops, including Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and structured walkthroughs, while ensuring requirements are clearly understood, communicated, and met.
Experience managing requirements throughout the requirements management lifecycle, including developing and executing requirements management plans, maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs), establishing requirements baselines, and managing requirements change control.
Experience creating test plans and test cases and collaborating with users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Experience writing SQL queries and performing data analysis.
Experience working with healthcare and billing applications.
Experience with an accredited Scrum Master certification.
