Pediatrics physician employment in Idaho :
A county-owned, rural health system in Emmett, Idaho is hiring a full-time BC/BE Pediatrician. Emmett is a charming community in western Idaho about 45 minutes from downtown Boise!
Opportunity Highlights
- 4 clinic days and 1 admin day (admin day is self-directed, can do from home) per week
- Outpatient setting with 30-minute well visits
- Spend some time initially at their urgent care to build your patient panel
- Clinic serves as a rural training site for a Boise based pediatric residency program
Recruitment Package
- Base salary with bonuses for quality and productivity

- Excellent benefits package includes Medical/Dental/Vision insurance; Life insurance; Malpractice with tail; reimbursement of state license, board recertification, DEA renewal, professional affiliations/dues; 30 days of PTO and 14 sick days; 5 days of CME and $3,500 allowance; qualifies for PSLF and NHSC; employer matches what is awarded through Rural Physician Incentive Program (RPIP) loan repayment or State Loan Repayment Program (SLRP); possible retention bonuses, 403B Retirement plan with employer match; and much more
