In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing customer invoices, ensuring billing accuracy, resolving billing discrepancies, and supporting internal teams to ensure timely and accurate invoices. - Prepare and process customer, third-party, and manufacturer invoices accurately and on time.
- Review work orders, service tickets, and support documentation to ensure billing accuracy.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries related to invoices.
- Work closely with service, parts, and administrative teams to gather required billing information.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Research and correct billing errors as needed.
- Assist with month-end billing activities and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company billing procedures and customer requirements.
- Maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Global Edge or other ERP systems preferred.
- Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background screening
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
