Position Summary:

Under general supervision of the Facility Winemaker, this full-time position provides administrative support for Winery Operations and the Ground Transportation Department. Responsibilities include BIMS production data entry, transportation coordination and scheduling, invoice reconciliation, record maintenance, and other administrative duties performed in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.

Essential Functions/Duties:

• Serve as the primary BIMS data entry resource, responsible for accurate and timely entry of all work orders supporting winery operations.
• Create and manage daily transportation schedules. Coordinate winery transfers and bottling shipments to warehouse locations.
• Performs accurate and timely data entry in the BIMS program for transportation activities, including van and bulk wine shipment schedules, invoice processing and purchase order assignment.
• Provides backup for payroll and JDE PO entry as needed.
• Other administrative tasks as needed.
• Assists with Safety Program recordkeeping filing. Maintains First Aid closet with supplies.
• Assists in coordinating facility special events.
• Some lifting, walking and outdoor tasks.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma required.
• Strong office support functions.
• Prior experience working with wineries and/ or vineyards a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and effectively.
• Spanish speaking a plus.
• Must be well organized, focused, professional in demeanor and communications, have high sense of urgency for timeliness, accuracy, support and follow through on tasks to successful completion.
• Must be responsive to inquiries and information requests.

Wage Transparency: The base pay for this role ranges from $23.19 -$33.03 per hour. Compensation will be determined by candidate experience, skills, and location.
