At Pro-Active, we specialize in customer acquisition, brand promotions, and live event marketing for nationally recognized clients. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives and develop valuable skills in communication, customer relations, sales, and leadership.

What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service through face-to-face interactions
- Represent client brands at promotional events and marketing campaigns
- Build positive relationships with customers and answer questions about products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-focused environment

- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
