Veterinary Client Service Representative Metro Paws Animal Hospitals in Skillman (Dallas, TX) is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail‑oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated veterinary team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for pets and their families. Responsibilities Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients. Process invoice payments. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history. Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests. Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments. Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over‑the‑counter products as instructed by a veterinarian. Accurately input data into computer software.
