** Associate Attorney — Civil Litigation **
** Enara Law | Phoenix, AZ 85016**
** $90,000 – $110,000/year + Aggressive Bonus Plan **

Enara Law, a Phoenix-based civil litigation firm specializing in contract disputes, business torts, administrative matters, and labor and employment law, is looking for an Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a litigator who wants real courtroom experience, direct client contact, and a clear path to ownership of cases from intake to resolution.

** What You'll Do **

• Represent clients in Arizona Superior Court and Federal District Court
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings
• Advise clients directly on strategy and case status
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes efficiently
• Take depositions and argue motions in court
• Manage a caseload from inception through resolution
• Handle related administrative and practice-management duties

** What We're Looking For **

• 1–4 years of civil litigation experience
• Working knowledge of the Arizona and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Appellate experience a plus, not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A genuine drive to grow into an effective litigator
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Phoenix location (85016).
