Responsibilities Why You'll Love It:

• Help patients choose eyewear that fits their lifestyle, personality, and vision needs — combining style, function, and confidence
• Confidently recommend premium products and solutions that improve patient outcomes
• Ensure eyewear orders are processed accurately and completed in a timely manner
• Perform adjustments, repairs, and dispensing of completed glasses
• Drive optical sales by confidently recommending premium products that improve patient outcomes
• Follow up on eyewear orders and communicate proactively with patients
• Keep frame boards stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and positive patient experience

Required Skills Skills/ Requirements:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making recommendations and guiding purchase decisions

• Basic computer comfort and willingness to learn new systems

Experience in optical, retail sales, hospitality, fine dining service, or other customer-facing roles is strongly preferred.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
