Contract Details
- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 7 months
- Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: 1st Shift — Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (with a 30-minute unpaid meal break)

Job Summary
The Production Operator (True Job Title: Folder/Ripper) performs work that is required to manufacture shingle products, along with related safety, housekeeping, shut down, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
- Using gloved hands, manually fold roof ridges (no tools or machinery)
- Work safely and avoid at-risk behaviors at all times
- Use standard procedures and technical training
- Meet the production target of 12 boxes per hour (failure to meet this target could result in a performance termination)
- Perform related housekeeping, shut down, cleanup, startup, and maintenance work as required
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Must bring your own safety shoes
- Must wear at least 35% cotton blend long sleeve shirts; all other PPE is provided
- Role involves manual, hands-on work using gloved hands
