Kelly is hiring Production Operators for an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity at a leading medical manufacturing facility. You’ll help produce high-quality medical components in a clean, professional environment while gaining valuable experience and the potential for long-term employment.

Location: Ontario, CA 91761
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
Pay: $21 per hour
Opportunity: Temp-to-hire
Overtime: May be required, including up to two additional hours per shift

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, process, and package small medical components

• Perform visual inspections and quality checks

• Use small tools and microscopes to complete detailed work

• Accurately complete production and quality documentation

• Follow safety, GMP, quality, and manufacturing procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately

• Comfortable standing for extended periods

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to work overtime when required
