Proposal Analyst Associate / Orlando, FL

Responsibilities Responsible for proposal generation to include pricing of inputs, coordination with leadership approval presentations, as well as cost volume preparation for submittal to the customer. Assist with the coordination of all proposal activities during the entire proposal life cycle. Review all proposal inputs for thoroughness, accuracy, and compliance. Participate in fact finding and negotiations with the customer. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Desired Skills Highly effective communication and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task in a collaborative, deadline‑driven environment. Acute attention to process and data detail. Ability to work with seasoned professionals in a dynamic team environment. Strong organization and prioritization skills. Comfortable analyzing big data. Aptitude to facilitate results, self‑starter attitude. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level Secret Schedule Work Schedule: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Part‑time remote telework arrangement: part of the work schedule remote and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
