About The Role Senior Mid‑Market Sales Manager – lead a Mid‑Market Enterprise Account Executive team, drive new business and expansions among property management companies. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the Mid‑Market revenue target. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AEs (average deal sizes $50K–$150K+). Support AEs across the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiations, and expansions. Drive adoption with Directors, VPs, and C‑Suite leaders at multifamily operators. Partner with SDRs and Marketing on ABM and pipeline‑building campaigns. Hire, onboard, and coach top Mid‑Market sales talent to consistently hit quota. Run weekly pipeline reviews, business reviews, and 1:1s to ensure forecast accuracy. Champion Mid‑Market customer needs to Product and Engineering. Attend regional industry events to expand EliseAI’s presence. Work with Sales Ops and leadership to refine playbooks, scripts, and processes for scale. Requirements 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales management experience in the Mid‑Market segment. Prior experience as a quota‑carrying AE with proven success. Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas as both an AE and manager. Strong understanding of consultative, multi‑threaded sales cycles (procurement, legal, multi‑product). Comfortable coaching using the MEDDPICC methodology. Experience managing deals in the $50K–$150K+ range. Comfortable with regular travel for conferences and client visits. Relocation packages. Job Compensation Range The estimated OTE for this role is $300,000–$350,000, consisting of base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Additional compensation is determined during the interview process.
