We%E2%80%99re looking for a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer who can handle everything from short-form social videos to broadcast spots, working closely with our creative team to bring campaigns to life. What you%E2%80%99ll do Edit and motion design content across broadcast, digital, social, and web Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and creative leads to translate concepts into finished video and motion work Develop motion graphics, lower thirds, title sequences, and animated assets that feel on-brand and on-concept Handle color grading, sound design coordination, and post-production polish on all deliverables Adapt and repurpose video content for multiple platforms and specs (Instagram, YouTube, broadcast, etc.) Manage project files, organize assets, and maintain version control across multiple concurrent projects Present and explain creative decisions, and iterate based on feedback while keeping the idea intact Juggle multiple timelines and deadlines without losing the details What you bring 2–5 years of video editing and motion graphics experience in an agency, production company, or fast-paced creative environment Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop Clean, polished editing with great pacing and timing Motion graphics and animation work that%E2%80%99s both beautiful and functional Work across multiple formats and platforms Understanding of color, typography, and design principles in motion Solid grasp of video specs: codecs, frame rates, resolution, delivery formats, and platform requirements Ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and take direction well Experience with sound design, music licensing, or audio coordination (a plus) Familiarity with animation principles and design-thinking approach to motion Comfortable collaborating with designers and creative teams, and able to work independently Proactive, organized, and detail-obsessed about file management and deliverables Why you%E2%80%99ll love working here You%E2%80%99ll work across multiple brands and campaigns, not just one account, real variety in what you create A collaborative creative team where your motion work is valued and central to the campaign Tight-knit, boutique agency vibe with the resources to do visible, high-quality work On-site culture in Tallahassee, FL, you%E2%80%99ll be in the mix brainstorming, iterating, and seeing concepts evolve in real time Opportunity to grow your reel with concept-driven, integrated travel and tourism work A creative environment that actually supports each other and leaves the drama at the door #J-18808-Ljbffr The Zimmerman Agency, Inc.
