DescriptionSummaryThe Senior Product Manager for Analytics is responsible for defining product strategy and maximizing the value of complex, data-driven platforms delivered by internal and external engineering teams. This role serves as a key strategic partner to executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and airline/partner customers, driving alignment on vision, priorities, and long-term roadmap. The Senior Product Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, leading end-to-end product lifecycle efforts and shaping scalable solutions that enhance the inflight experience for airlines and travelers.Core ResponsibilitiesLead product strategy, vision, and roadmap development for tools, analytics, and data platformsDrive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous optimizationOwn and evolve cloud-based services, data platforms, and business intelligence ecosystems at scalePartner with engineering, architecture, and data teams to define scalable, high-performing solutionsCollaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX, backend, and API teams to ensure seamless data integration, usability, and visualizationAct as the primary voice of the customer, translating airline, partner, and internal stakeholder needs into clear product requirements and prioritiesInfluence executive stakeholders and drive alignment on product direction, trade-offs, and investment decisionsLead backlog prioritization and planning activities across multiple product lines or initiativesEstablish and drive long-term product strategy, including operational readiness and scalability planningLeverage market research, customer insights, and usability studies to inform product innovation and differentiationDefine, track, and communicate product performance metrics, KPIs, and business impactMentor and guide junior product managers, contributing to team development and best practicesMaintain deep expertise in IFEC, consumer technology, data analytics, and entertainment technology trendsDrive competitive analysis and position products as industry-leading solutionsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field6+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Development within data analytics, aviation, IoT, connected platforms, or related industriesProven experience owning and scaling complex data platforms or analytics productsStrong expertise in data visualization, KPIs, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or LookerExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Fabric, AWS, or similar environmentsDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders without formal authorityStrong strategic thinking and ability to balance long-term vision with executionAbility to manage multiple complex initiatives and operate independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Product Management tools such as Jira and wireframing or prototyping tools highly desiredBenefitsThe starting pay range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.In addition to a comprehensive package of health benefits that include company contributions, RAVE Aerospace offers a variety of additional benefits and perks to enhance your work-life balance experience including but not limited to:A home allowance to elevate your home workspaceDiscretionary bonus programFuture financial security with a 401(k) program with a company matchPaid time off covering vacations, personal time off, and sick days, capped off by an exciting year-end holiday shutdownEmbraced flexibility with our alternative work schedule (9/80) to navigate your workweeks with every other Friday offJob SummaryID: A2858A9367Department:
