We’re seeking a dynamic engineering leader to head a new Cryptographic software team developing mission-critical capabilities for next-generation U.S. military crypto products. As the Senior Software Engineering Manager, you’ll guide a high-performing team responsible for developing secure embedded software that will be reviewed and validated by the NSA. What You Will Do Lead and Develop a High-Performing Engineering Team: Manage and mentor a team of engineers, from entry level to seasoned professionals. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
