People Operations Intern

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented People Operations (HR) Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle. This 6 months role offers a hands-on learning opportunity to gain exposure across key areas of People Operations, including:

• Onboarding
• Payroll support
• Compliance
• HR systems
• Talent initiatives

You’ll build practical experience working with both data and employee processes while developing strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Basic to intermediate computer skills and familiarity with HR systems, with a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
