Lead HR Compliance Coordinator
Genworth
Genworth is seeking a Lead HR Compliance Coordinator to oversee employment policies, regulatory adherence, and audit readiness across our U.S. operations. In this role, you will interpret federal and state labor laws, ensure HR practices align with insurance and financial services regulations, and maintain accurate documentation. You will lead compliance reviews, manage reporting, coordinate training on HR policies, and partner with Legal, HR, and business leaders. This role supports Genworth’s culture of integrity, accountability, and inclusion while helping protect employees and customers through strong HR governance.
