HR Coordinator

HR CoordinatorLHH is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator for a long-term contract opportunity in the Richmond, VA area. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys supporting recruiting efforts and a variety of human resources functions in a fast-paced environment. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience while providing administrative support across the HR department.Responsibilities:Support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination with hiring managers and recruitersTrack candidate progress throughout the hiring process and maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systemsAssist with onboarding and new hire orientation activitiesPrepare and maintain employee files and HR documentationRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR-related mattersMaintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee informationSupport employee engagement, training, and performance management initiativesGenerate reports and assist with HR compliance and recordkeeping activitiesManage HR correspondence and provide administrative support to the HR teamCoordinate meetings, training sessions, and other HR-related eventsAssist with special projects and other human resources initiatives as neededPay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
