Analyze business and technical requirements, identify business solutions, and document requirements Support, maintain, improve, and optimize systems software, hardware, and peripheral devices Deliver, assure, monitor, and improve installation, patching, and operation of systems for various plants in the Americas Region Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering or related Twelve months’ experience as Computer Systems Analyst, IT Support Engineer, Systems Administrator, or related Experience delivering and monitoring installation, patching, and operation of information and functional systems Knowledge of Windows OS, Office Clients systems, antivirus, security and monitoring systems, physical and virtual servers and backup systems, printers, telecommunication equipment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in analyzing business and technical requirements, optimizing systems software and hardware, and ensuring effective installation and operation of information systems. Proficient in supporting both physical and virtual environments while maintaining security and monitoring systems.
