Medical Office Receptionist
Precision Interventional Pain Cente
Job Description Job Description Our Medical practice is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionists. Duties and responsibilities for this role typically include: Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling Checking patients in on the electronic medical record system (Athena) Verifying financial records and collecting patient payments Contacting and scheduling referred patients Obtaining prior authorization for scheduled procedure for patients Clinic hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday No health insurance is offered 401(k) with match program available
