Job Title Registered Nurse - LTC Location Baltimore, MD – LeVindaLe Hospital, Hall 2 Shift & Employment Full‑time – Night shift (7:00 pm – 7:30 am) Compensation $34.33 – $53.21 per hour, experience based Job Summary Provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and serves as an advisor and resource for patients and their families as part of the patient care team. Conducts and documents an initial and ongoing assessment, gathers data relevant to individual patient/family needs, and develops and documents a plan of care. Implements, documents, and provides care and education based on the plan and evaluates and documents the outcomes of nursing practice. Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings Develop and document individualized care plans Implement care and education as outlined in care plans Evaluate and document patient outcomes Serve as a resource and advisor to patients and families Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent (2 years of college) in nursing Registered Nurse license in Maryland American Heart Association CPR certification Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Cerner, Synquest Standard Knowledge of medical terminology, medical equipment, and nursing process skills based on the Maryland Nurse Practice Act Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Less than one year of nursing experience acceptable Benefits Competitive compensation with potential overtime, shift differentials, and bonuses; comprehensive health plans; free parking; wellness programs.
